The Northern Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau (NCCVB) is your ally for promoting your business in this growing industry – for FREE – no annual dues, no obligations. We are a non–profit, destination marketing organization, responsible for promoting Northern Cincinnati as a convention and visitor destination.
Our Mission is to strengthen the region's economic vitality and success by marketing Northern Cincinnati as an attractive destination for visitors, meetings, conventions and group tours. Through this, the Bureau enhances the exposure of its Member companies within the travel and tourism industry.
With Membership, your company will have prime access to the money–making travel and tourism industry. Here's a quick overview of the benefits we offer our Members:
- Web Site Visibility and E–marketing
All NCCVB Members receive a complimentary listing on the Bureau's Web Site (www.cincynorth.com). Listings will include location information, a short description, and a Free hyperlink to your website and/or e–mail. - Bureau Publications
Eligible NCCVB Members receive a free listing in the NCCVB Annual Visitor's Guide and/or Meeting & Planner Guide. Bureau Publications will be made available to:
» Over 50 hotels and 6,000 rooms in NCCVB's region.
» Rest Areas in the tri–state area.
» Inquiring parties.
» Distribute at your business.
» Trade Shows for meeting and event planners. - Referral Services
Daily inquiries are made to the staff of the NCCVB for a variety of products and services. Members are referred when visitors, meeting planners, tour operators, event planners and residents seek local vendors. - Marketing your Events/Selling Tickets
Members can market their events on the Web Site with a link to your ticket sales site. - Coupons
Members can post their coupons on the Bureau's Web Site. - Use of our Logo
Members are provided with decals to alert visitors and convention delegates of their association with NCCVB. Upon approval, Members may also use NCCVB's logo in business promotions. - Membership/Business Directory
A listing of all Bureau Members will be available on the Bureau's web site as a resource for promotions and member networking opportunities. - Free Subscriptions
NCCVB Members receive a complimentary subscription to CincyBusiness and Ohio Magazine.
The success of our CVB is built upon the success of our Members. So, we want to do everything we can to help you get the most out of your membership and attract qualified prospects. In addition to marketing you on our Web Site, Visitor's Guide etc., we will schedule periodic site visits so we can gather any new brochures, promotional items etc. which are used to help market your business. Our goal is to develop a close working relationship with ALL our Members.

Promotional Items
Get your product in front of the right crowd! Every year the CVB uses prizes, giveaways, and merchandise from community businesses to promote our region. Gifts go to meeting planners, tour operators, media, and local visitors or businesses. If you would like the CVB to use a piece of merchandise or a gift certificate as part of a special promotion or giveaway, please let us know!
