Bureau Services

The Northern Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau offers many complimentary services to meeting and event planners, including:

• Free consultation to determine your needs
• Coordination of the bid process with prospective hotels and meeting sites that match your needs. Click here to request a proposal.
• Scheduling site visits to potential hotels and meeting sites
• Planning assistance with off-premise activities, attractions & special events
• Offering presentations to your board or committee
• Assist with selecting sites for spouse/guest and children's activities
• Providing visitor information/welcome packets for out-of-town guests
• Cash donation to your organization based on actual room nights used. Please call our office for details!
